Work Outfit and New Earrings

My mom told be I was fashionable today so I thought I would post this. Hoping for feedback from fashion forward friends aka Ish and Kiki.
























These are some earring that came in the mail from a special someone who has a blog about boats. They are silver with some special stone in it but I am not sure what it is ? My mom thinks it is green turquoise.
