My co-workers went to the Rip curl surf competition after party. 
 I have never woken up in the morning and said to myself " Damn it I wish I hadn't gotten a good nights rest". 

I ran 3km today. Short runs bore me now. I am developing a pain in my lower back. 
Theory A: A marathon muscle is forming when it is fully formed I will no longer be pain. 
Theory B: I have poor running posture. 
Theory C: I need start doing sit ups as well running in order to strength my lower abdomen thus taking pressure of my back. 
I will get to the bottom of this.
