Aw man, I totally accidentally downloaded Nightwatch once when I was trying to find another movie called Night Watch (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0054407/). I couldn't get into it, though I guess it might've been good. Maybe.
Only if are willingly to be amused by the novelty of a russian B movie. Also if you get the references to the soviet past. There is a light side and dark side but in the end they are both corrupt and evil which is kind of great and ironic. Like in Soviet Russia there is no good aka they are all fucking vampires and even "good" vampires are bad.
