The survey I just filled out with the promise of money.

Q3B. Why did you select "SHAW" as your internet service provider? Please be as specific as possible.

Me: Because they had a semi decent reputation though they do provide us with heaps of stress by changing our rate every three seconds. However if we keep ever vigilant and call them on a semi regular basis to ensure the original price remains stable then all is well. ( well being a relative term)

Q4A. Others have told us that the following are reasons why they chose their current provider. Which of the following reasons apply to you? Select all that apply.

Me: selected other then explained,
Telus was crap so we thought we would try the alternative. Which is slightly better ?

Me: C. Constant phone calls demanding explanations for broken promises. Then a war of attrition until finally placated with the original agreement. repeat.

Q13. What, if anything, could a service provider do to make you more likely to subscribe to their services after you graduate? Please be as specific as possible.

Me:They could stop forcing me to haggle like a poor sap at a mediocre out door flea market with a mute crooked teller. That would help. I am not implying that people who are mute are inherently crooked.

P.S the company putting on the survey was called "UThink". Really even youtube spells YOU correctly. ARGH.
