Me sleepily: Hello?
Hi it's Sam from Bell Canada. * Long Pause, I guess this is when most people hang up *
Me: Hi Sam, How can I help you ?
Sam : I am offering you a free cell phone and a good plan.
Me: I don't like cellphones.
Sam: You don't like cellphones ?
Me: Yep. Don't like them, don't want one, never had one. Not interested cause I dont like cellphones.
Sam: Oh
Me: Well Sam I hope you have better luck on your next call and you sell lots of plans today. Bye
That was so close I knew the other side would try and offer me free things eventually. I won that temptation. Staying strong. If only my friends would quit pestering me .
