Flores Island

Ty and I are embarking on a girls only camping mission.

We are going to the Flores Island to explore a trial that begins at the Ahousat reserve.
It is a 10km hike with native herigate significance as it is the trail they have used for eons to get to the other side of the island.
It is a National Park that you are allowed to camp on.

We are going to the dock to hitch with the people of Ahousat who gladly welcome travellers.
I have recently purchased an SAS Survival Guide which I am bringing.

My medic kit comprises of:
tweezers, bandaids, anti spetic wipes , tylenol, prescription pain killers, bobby pins, super glue, toliet paper, sterlized needle and thread and a can of fishing hooks.

My back packs has a grill of cooking, two large sharp kitchen knives, fishing rods, enough water for four days ( we are going for one), note book, three pleasure books, sunscreen, hat, 5 yards of rope, acouple plastic bags and a sleeping bag.

Ty has the Tent.

For food source we will have veggie patties, bread, fruit of choice and vegetables. No meat as to not attract wolves.

Here is a map of our destination.
